TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Apartment price: All taxes are included in Euros. Varying according to the type of apartment and the number of people who occupy it.

Photographs: All the apartments have the same type of elements and decoration, being able to vary their distribution with respect to the published photos.

Payment of the price of the stay: To confirm the reservation you must pay by card through online payment gateway, being able to choose the total payment or pay 20% and the rest upon arrival in cash .

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 15 days in advance.
For reservation cancellations Less than 15 days before the arrival date, the amount paid will be refunded less the 20%
For cancellations of reservations in progress, the amount will be refunded paid less the amount of the next 15 days to the cancellation date

Change of the dates of the stay: The change of dates will be possible depending on the availability.

The resale of reservations is expressly forbidden except by the persons or companies with whom a contract was formalized for this purpose
Any reservation that is resold without authorization will be canceled without the refund of the amount paid for this.

Reception: No physical reception is available, so you must notify arrival and departure at least half an hour in advance

Check-in: The apartment will be available from 3pm.

Check-out: Apartments must be vacated before 11 in the morning.

Use: The client can receive visits, they must always be accompanied by the client, not being able to spend the night or use the facilities. All persons must be identified by completing and signing a check-in form.

Responsibility: We declines all responsibility in case of theft, loss or damage of objects and personal effects.

The customer will be responsible for any damage or damage that may occur in the establishment due to their own actions or the people accompanying them.

Faults and flaws: It will be verified that the apartment is delivered in perfect condition and with all its elements, if damage to the facilities is caused and the lack or deterioration of elements will be claimed for the amount that correspond

Right of Admission and Expulsion: Smoking and lighting candles are prohibited. The hours of rest between 10pm and 10am must be respected as much as possible. During all times it is not allowed to put music above a normal volume. Any behavior that is annoying or offensive to the rest of the guests and the neighborhood will result in expulsion from the establishment without any compensation or reimbursement as well as the breach of any of these rules.
The establishment reserves the right of admission and permanence to people who have conflicting, annoying, offensive, xenophobic, homophobic, racist behaviors, who show symptoms of drunkenness or have consumed prohibited substances, who do not comply with minimum hygiene conditions already people who previously had conflicts or were expelled

Children policy: Children under 3 years old are not accepted.

Animals policy: Pets are not allowed.

Cleaning: There is no daily cleaning service, the apartments are delivered with integral cleaning, clean linen and towels. During the stay the washing machine and cleaning utensils are available to the user. At the check-out, the apartment must be delivered properly, being able to charge the cleaning if it was in very bad condition.

Consumption included: The price includes the consumption of electricity, internet, hot and cold water as well as the use of washing machine.
To rationalize electricity consumption and avoid wasting energy, hot/cold air conditioning is included up to 120 Kwh / month (4 Kwh day), having to pay for the excess consumption produced in the monthly period at 20 cents / Kwh
Each apartment has an energy meter for the air machine so that the user can check its consumption.
The installation and use of any type of radiator, heater or refrigerator, whether fixed or portable, is not allowed.
